1. What is the goal of the experiment?
The goal of the experiment is to observe if bacteria are able to move.
2. The description of the experiment.
- • Put on a slide a drop of liquid which contain bacteria.
- • Cover the drop with another slide.
- • Observe the slide with microscope in order to see if bacteria are able to move.
3. The result of the experiment.
In the picture below, we can see small elongated dots: they represent bacteria which are moving.
→We can conclude that bacteria we are observing are able to move (which is not the case for all bacteria).
